It's easy to get confused regarding a mission and a goal. In Strategic Planning, we develop our goals after we define our mission and our vision. But first...
This past week we've been getting organized. If you are just now tuning in to my Tuesday Musings on Strategic Planning, you can visit the archives to get up to speed. I received a lot of comments from readers about my last posting, some were posted on-line here for all to read, others came to me privately.
